Juliette Palarea, Principal and Lead Designer

Juliette believes everyone deserves access to the type of design that evokes feelings of comfort and sophistication. Having completed numerous renovation, remodel and new construction projects, Juliette and her team pride themselves on understanding client's wishes and making them a reality.

Juliette's interest in design began early in her career with California Fabric Protection, a business she co-founded in West Hollywood, California. Her love of architecture and design was nurtured by top area designers and clients in Beverly Hills, Pasadena and the West Los Angeles area.

With millions of dollars in design projects managed, her success is not solely created through her execution, but also in the trust her clients place in her. Juliette frequently hears, "I trust you. Do it the way you think it should be done", from her clients. Trust and satisfaction is the ultimate endorsement.

Juliette resides in both Baltimore County and Sarasota, Florida.

Ashley Dickinson, Project Manager and Associate Designer

At the core of Ashley's design philosophy is the belief that a person's interior surroundings can significantly impact their emotional wellbeing. As a seasoned Interior Designer, Ashley draws on her sixteen years of experience at The Kellogg Collection, where she worked as the store manager and in-house designer, to create unique interiors for each of her clients that reflect their personalities and cater to their individual needs.

With a graduate degree in Interior Design from Marymount University, Ashley's passion for timeless design components is evident in the projects she manages from start to finish, combining her creative sensibilities with exceptional project management and customer service skills.

Ashley currently resides in downtown Baltimore with her husband Mike and their adorable West Highland Terrier, Angus.
