We’ll discuss scope, budget, and overall vision for your project. A tentative timeline and desired start date will also be outlined. Any existing pieces the client desires will be incorporated into the design and will be identified and assessed. Whenever possible we consider updates to a home’s floor plan, flow, ceiling detail, moldings, etc., and can work to connect you to outstanding trades that we collaborate with.
Next steps.
After our contract is accepted and executed, measurements of your space will be taken for floor plans. We love when you share any design inspiration that you may be drawn to. As we hone in on your tastes, you may receive snapshots of pieces to provide feedback on.
design meeting.
We will meet to review options for furniture, textiles, lighting, hardware, window treatments, flooring, wall coverings, etc. If renovations are at play, we will review any selections or progress that has been made.
Once your design has been finalized, you’ll receive a proposal with lead time and pricing for approval.
Proposal Approval.
This is where the vision comes to life! After your pieces arrive, we coordinate and manage the install and final details for your space designed and executed by the JPStyles team.
