Greenspring Valley Colonial

We’re so excited to begin work on this stunning 1916 Colonial set on over 3 acres of scenic landscape in Greenspring Valley!

Whenever possible we consider potential updates to a home’s floor plan, flow, ceiling detail, moldings, flooring, etc. before incorporating decor. One of the most rewarding parts of this job is making sure a homes bones are just right, and we’re thankful to be able to do just that with this project.

Our team has planned some pretty terrific modifications to the interior including a wine room, reworking the master closets, and the removal of some walls. We’re also designing a new, custom kitchen with a larger foot print to accommodate modern family living.

We can’t wait to show you how we’ve modified the floor plan to optimize it’s functionality and infused this timeless beauty with the new owners style.  We are thrilled with the changes thus far and can’t wait to reveal them. Check back soon for updates!
